The ocean view from our room was fantastic, making our stay truly enjoyable. The indoor pool and amenities were great for the kids. we encountered issues with housekeeping, as our room was not cleaned regularly, which affected our comfort during the stay.

I had a fantastic stay that felt like a retreat thanks to the central position which made it super easy to enjoy the beach as well as dine at places like the River City Cafe and sip coffee at Starbucks, all within less than a 5-minute walk.

Stayed in an oceanfront room with stunning views. The view from the balcony made my mornings super relaxing. Love the pool area. it’s clean and the kids really enjoyed the water slide and lazy river. Staff at the pool bar were friendly, serving refreshing drinks. However, I faced issues with cleanliness in the room. Found some leftover debris from previous guests near the bed. The elevator situation was frustrating. I waited ages for it multiple times. One night there was a lot of noise from maintenance work nearby, which disrupted my rest. Overall, the room was spacious, but the furniture seemed outdated. It would help if they put more focus on housekeeping and room updates.

i had a great family vacation at ocean reef and absolutely loved the oceanfront view from my balcony. the pools were clean and fun, exceeding my expectations compared to my last stay in myrtle beach. the staff was friendly and made our experience truly memorable, making me want to return.

The pools were amazing and kept very clean, and I was particularly impressed with the hotel breakfast, especially the made-to-order omelets! The staff was friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. Also, the oceanfront view from our room was breathtaking, and I loved starting each day with the sunrise. 😊

Enjoyed the clean 1 bedroom oceanfront condo with great pool facilities, perfect for kids. The friendly staff and convenient beach access made our stay delightful! 🌊

Breakfast option could include a waffle maker for better variety.

The coffee pot was broken upon arrival, and I had to swap it myself after maintenance dropped off a new one in a box instead of taking care of it. Room cleaning services don’t happen daily, so I had to manage changing beds and cleaning myself during our stay, which felt a bit inconvenient. The lazy river lacked a current, making it less enjoyable for family splashes.

The amenities were amazing, especially the pool area with fun slides! We had a spacious room with a nice ocean view. Plus, the kids absolutely loved the water slide and lazy river! Our grandson enjoyed every moment during our stay.
